The verdict was handed down for over $700,000 in compensatory damages, $200,000 for bad faith and $700,000 in punitives (plus interest) against First American Title Company. Dennis Wilenchik and Tyler Swensen represented a local developer in claims for breach of contract and bad faith against First American after it wrongfully denied coverage then fought about it for over two years.
