Wilenchik and Bartness won dismissal of claims in a lawsuit for breach of contract arising out of raw land sales in Pinal county and Queen Creek in 2006.
The firm won dismissal of claims against a local commercial real estate company, which was sued in its role as appraiser on a $10 million commercial development in Pinetop, Arizona.
