Firm Wins Motion for Summary Judgment

Wilenchik & Bartness attorneys Dennis Wilenchik, Lawrence Felder, and Andy Anderson obtained summary judgment in favor of a client who was the defendant in a civil suit.  The Court ruled that the plaintiff had failed to present any evidence that was not speculation or based on personal knowledge, and therefore that there was no genuine issue of material fact precluding summary judgment in the client’s favor.
