Phoenix – Jack Wilenchik of Wilenchik & Bartness obtained the largest jury verdict in Mohave county history, according to Thomson Reuters’ national database of jury verdicts and settlements. The jury unanimously awarded $6,232,000 in compensatory damages and $1,768,000 in punitive damages (for a total of $8,000,000), after one hour of deliberation. The verdict is the largest punitive damages verdict statewide so far this year, and the second largest overall.
