Samuel Doncaster is a commercial litigator at Wilenchik and Bartness. Prior to joining the firm, Sam was a senior law clerk at the Arizona Court of Appeals. At the Court, Sam was responsible for advising judges about complex cases and writing published, precedent-setting opinions on novel legal issues. Prior to that experience Sam also interned in the Federal District Court, where he learned first-hand how trial judges resolve motions.
Sam graduated summa cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. He was honored with membership in the Order of the Coif and recognized as a Pedrick Scholar. While in law school, Sam won a regional award for oral advocacy, held a supervisory position on ASU’s Law Journal, and participated in a civil practice clinic. Prior to law school, Sam received a B.S. in Math from ASU and was recognized as a National Merit Scholar.
In his free time, Sam enjoys gardening, jazz clarinet, and reading about history.
