Randal W. Studer, Jr. practices primarily in the areas of commercial, real estate, and land use litigation. Prior to joining Wilenchik & Bartness, Mr. Studer practiced law as an associate with a national law firm and served as a deputy city attorney.

Mr. Studer graduated with honors from the University of Iowa, earning both a Juris Doctorate and a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning. As an undergraduate, Mr. Studer attended Arizona State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and was a member of the school’s water polo team.

Mr. Studer has drafted articles for various seminars and national periodicals and contributed to the annual publication of Arizona Land Use Law, the State Bar of Arizona’s treatise on zoning and land use law.
