McKay Worthington

McKay Worthington is a litigator with two decades of experience dealing with complex business disputes. He worked as a partner in the Phoenix office of an AmLaw 100 firm for more than a decade. He has represented clients in matters involving professional liability claims, contract disputes, misrepresentation claims, other business torts, and environmental law among other commercial litigation matters. He deals with civil litigation in state and federal courts, as well as matters before government agencies.

Mr. Worthington received his law degree from Columbia Law School in 1997 where he was designated a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar each year. He was a member of the Columbia Business Law Review and published a note regarding risks to private companies contracting with the Federal government. He has taught CLE courses regarding e-discovery.

In his free time, Mr. Worthington enjoys reading, running along the canal near his home, attending concerts and sporting events, and spending time with his two children.
