Kathleen E. Martoncik practices primarily in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. Mrs. Martoncik was admitted to the Arizona Bar in 2005 and the Arizona District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court in 2006. Mrs. Martoncik received her B.A. from the University of Arizona in Psychology, with a minor in Business Administration. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona. While attending law school at the University of Arizona, Mrs. Martoncik served as the Magister of Phi Delta Phi, the international legal ethics fraternity, Senior Managing Editor of the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law , and created LEAD, a mentoring program for undergraduates who are interested in pursuing admittance to law school. Mrs. Martoncik currently serves on the Board of Governors for LEAD, and she is a member of the Maricopa County chapters of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association and the Celtic Bar Association. She also serves on the Board for Red Mountain Softball Little League.
