David A. Timchak
David A. Timchak was admitted to practice in Arizona after having received the second highest score on the February 2015 Arizona Bar Examination. He received his Juris Doctorate degree, summa cum laude
, in 2014 from the Arizona Summit School of Law, where he served as a member of Law Review and as President of Moot Court. During law school, Mr. Timchak completed externships at the Arizona Supreme Court Staff Attorney’s Office and the Maricopa County Superior Court. He has served as a teaching assistant for Civil Procedure, Civil Litigation, and Transactional Practice.
Mr. Timchak received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2010 from the Arizona State University. Before attending law school he worked as a staff accountant at a local accounting firm.
Mr. Timchak serves on multiple committees including the Executive Council of the Arizona State Bar Appellate Practice Section, the American Bar Association Council of Appellate Lawyers Pro Bono Committee, and the American Bar Association Council of Appellate Lawyers Journal of Appellate Practice and Process Committee.
