Craig W. Broadbent is licensed to practice law by the Arizona State Bar and is devoted to providing high level litigation services. He is admitted to practice in Arizona, before the United States District Courts for the District of Arizona, the District of Colorado, and has appeared pro hac vice before the U.S. Court for the District of Alaska. Mr. Broadbent’s experience with law firms and legal issues spans over a decade beginning as an assistant in 2007. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of Utah in 2008, received his Juris Doctorate degree, and thereafter entered the practice of law in 2011.
As an associate at Wilenchik & Bartness, Mr. Broadbent is devoted to providing big firm civil litigation representation in a small firm atmosphere. He has provided zealous representation to both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil disputes and at all stages of litigation including arbitrations, mediations, jury trials, and appeals. Mr. Broadbent has also provided advice in general corporate law, negotiated disputes without trial, and drafted a variety of agreements with an emphasis on business partnership and cooperative contractual relationships. Mr. Broadbent has represented parties from multiple countries and numerous states to provide fervent representation from the smallest case to the largest.
