Christopher Meyers has been practicing law for two years and graduated in the Top 10 percent of his class from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2015. He previously worked at Snell & Wilmer in Phoenix before joining Wilenchik & Bartness.
Chris focuses his practice in commercial litigation and employment law, and he has experience handling disputes and advising clients in areas including: the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Davis Bacon and Service Contract Acts, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), among others.
His experience also includes representing clients in the prosecution and defense of restrictive covenant obligations, preservation of trade secrets and proprietary materials, and high-level employment agreements.
