Current Pro Bono Work:
Sussex adv. State – The Sussex family has occupied a piece of land in the oldest neighborhood in the Valley since 1892. Recently, the Arizona Land Department sued them and claimed that their land has actually belonged to the State for over 100 years. Wilenchik and Bartness is handling this case on behalf of the Sussex family on a pro bono basis, in the interests of justice.
