Shannon Evans practices in the area of civil litigation for a variety of clients, with a focus on hospitality law, family law, general real estate matters, and HOA law. Ms. Evans also practices in transactional matters of reviewing and drafting contracts, small business entity formation, and trademark registration. She has previously served as in-house counsel and has experience advising executives and Boards of Directors on legal, strategic and risk mitigation matters.
Her corporate background includes leadership roles in the travel sector, as district manager for 370 hotels and launched an airline operations center. Disciplines include strategic planning, business plan formation, market analysis, performance management, public relations, human resources, and conflict resolution. Shannon has taught management courses at University of Phoenix.
In addition to her Juris Doctor, Ms. Evans earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Wichita State University. She graduated law school in the top 20% with multiple CALI (top grade) awards, along with high distinction for pro bono work. She has been previously licensed in real estate and was certified as a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA).
Ms. Evans enjoys helping people and serving the community through her volunteer work and her church.
