Shannon Evans is licensed to practice law in Arizona and focuses on transactional matters, dispute resolution, and civil litigation. Areas of practice include contract law, real estate and HOA law, hospitality law, corporate governance, and family law.
In her transactional practice, Ms. Evans helps clients protect their business by drafting a variety of service contracts such as operating agreements, licensing agreements, nondisclosures, independent contractor and employment agreements. She can assist companies in small business entity formation, trademark registration, and corporate governance. Ms. Evans has previously served as in-house counsel and has experience advising on business strategy and providing legal counsel to executives and Boards of Directors.
Shannon’s corporate background includes leadership roles in the travel sector. She launched a North American call center for an international airline, and served as a district manager for a region of 370 hotels. Disciplines include strategic planning, business plan formation, market and competitive analyses, business performance management, public relations, employee communications and human resources. Shannon has instructed management courses at the University of Phoenix.
In addition to her Juris Doctor, Ms. Evans earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Wichita State University. She graduated law school in the top 20% with multiple CALI (top grade) awards, along with high distinction for pro bono work. She has been previously licensed in real estate and was certified as a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA).
Ms. Evans enjoys helping people and serving the community through her volunteer work and at her church.
