Daniel Douglas is an associate attorney at Wilenchik & Bartness. He primarily practices in the field of commercial litigation. Prior to joining Wilenchik & Bartness Mr. Douglas served as a judicial law clerk at the Arizona Court of Appeals for Judge David Gass. Mr. Douglas is a member of the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Arizona. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
Mr. Douglas received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics, Philosophy, Economics, & Law from the University of Arizona College of Social and Behavioral Sciences in 2016, graduating cum laude. While attending the University of Arizona he served as student body vice president and was a member of Mortar Board National Honors Society.
Mr. Douglas graduated from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 2019. During law school Mr. Douglas served on the executive board of the Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal and competed in the school’s Honors Moot Court, where he was award “Best Oral Advocate” in the first round of competition. While in law school Mr. Douglas gained a wide variety of legal experience working as a legal fellow at the Wikimedia Foundation, a legal intern for the Game Show Network in their mobile gaming division and working as a research assistant for Professor Eric Goldman.
In his free time Mr. Douglas enjoys hiking, camping and being outdoors. He is an Eagle Scout and a National Parks enthusiast, having been to over a dozen so far.
