Christopher J. Feasel is a highly experienced litigator, having tried over 70 cases in both civil and criminal courts. He has a wide range of experience representing individuals and companies in both state and federal court in cases involving first party and third party defense of personal injury, professional liability, products liability, toxic tort, bad faith litigation; commercial litigation; contracts, and real estate/land use conflicts for both Plaintiffs and Defendants.
Mr. Feasel served as a prosecutor in California for nearly 10 years, where he set precedent in the state for obtaining the first conviction for driving under the influence of Kava Kava, a feat for which he was published in the state prosecutors’ magazine. After a successful career as a prosecutor, Mr. Feasel opened his own law practice. Eventually he transitioned from criminal to civil law and became in-house counsel for State Farm Insurance before moving with his family to Arizona.
Mr. Feasel received his J.D. from Santa Clara University in California in 2002, where he was a member of the Honors Moot Court board. Mr. Feasel is a frequent volunteer with local agencies, having coached high school Mock Trial teams and teaching Criminal Law at the local police explorer academies. Mr. Feasel is currently holds law licenses in both California and Arizona.
Mr. Feasel enjoys spending his free time with his family and two Cairn Terriers. He is an avid sports fan and currently officiates local high school football games in the fall. He enjoys cooking and wine tasting, and is attempting to take up golf.
